You’ll deepen your understanding of your own body: learn more about your particular habits, befriend the places that feel sticky or unfamiliar, and create a felt experience of ease and vitality. It’s empowering to know how to move in ways that feel safe, strong, and calming.

Whether you are wanting a personalized introduction to yoga basics, curious about the Ashtanga Primary Series, working on your handstand, or just want a few things to do before you go to sleep, we’ll focus on what’s interesting and most useful for you. We can also troubleshoot a particular movement or pose.

All materials provided (mats, blocks, bolsters, etc). Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
